Order Requirements:

Sender and Recipient Information: To accept an order, we require the first and last names as well as the phone numbers of both the sender and recipient. This information is crucial for accurate delivery and communication purposes.

Anonymous Sender Requests: We understand that some senders may prefer to remain anonymous while sending an arrangement. In such cases, we will honor specific delivery requests, but if the recipient inquires about the sender’s identity, we will disclose this information upon request.

Delivery Process:

Delivery Timeframe: All deliveries will be made within a 2-hour window of the selected delivery time. This window takes into account various factors such as multiple deliveries on our route, prevailing weather conditions, and the availability of our dedicated team of drivers.

Residential Deliveries: When delivering to residential addresses, we will always contact the recipient before sending out the order to confirm that someone will be available to receive it. We prioritize personal delivery and will not leave flowers unattended at residential addresses.

Missed Deliveries:

Missed Delivery Policy: If a confirmed delivery is missed due to the recipient’s unavailability or incorrect information provided, the order will not be refunded. However, the arrangement will be available for pickup at our store location.

Additional Delivery Attempts: For missed deliveries, additional delivery attempts will require another delivery fee to cover the cost of re-delivery.
